First Day (beginner)

Goal: The main part of the lesson focuses to give you all the basic information such as how to stand up on the board and safety surf information

1- Distribution of surf material 2- Health and Safety check of the beach and water conditions 3- Basic Rules 4- Warm Up 5- How to stand up on the board with stability 6- How to gain speed on board 7- Surf Safety Information 8- Getting to the water & practice offshore. Goal: The main focus of the lesson aims to give you all the basic information such as how to stand up on the board, to stop, dismount and fall off safely as well as how to gain speed

1- Distribution of surf material 2- Health and Safety check of the beach and water conditions 3- Basic Rules 4- Warm Up 5- How to stand up on the board with stability and gain speed 6- How to do turns on the board 7- Surf Safety Information 8- Getting to the water & practice offshore . Goal: This lesson aims to give you all the basic information such as how to do turns on the board

Fourth Day (intermediate)
1- Distribution of surf material 2- Health and Safety check of the beach and water conditions 3- Basic Rules 4- New safety Rules 5- Warm Up 6- Recall beginners techniques 7- How to stand up on the boart with stability and speed 8- How to do turns on the board 9- How to sit on the board and do turns 10- Duck diving and turtle rolling techniques to getting out through waves 11- Getting to the water & practice Goal: This vital part of the lesson aims to give you information on paddling out and getting out through waves.

Fifth Day
1- Health and Safety check of the beach and water conditions 2- Distribution of surf material 3- New safety Rules 4- Warm Up 5- Recall beginners techniques 6- How to stand up on the board before the wave break, with stability and speed 7- How to do turns on the board 8- How to sit on the board and do turns 9- Duck diving and turtle rolling techniques to getting out through waves 10- How to catch waves on rip currents Goal: This vital part of the lesson aims to give you understanding how rip currents work and making use of them. Turning forehand & backhand & linking these turns together
